Because cancer comes from your own cells cancer it can leave you feeling as though you are fighting with your own physical form. In addition, cancer treatments often take a toll on the body which can have ripple effects years to beyond treatment. The regular practice of mindfulness meditation can help you to process and examine your own relationship with your body.
